From 1st June 2021, patients will no longer be directed to the Covid Assessment Centre.
Patients who have symptoms suggestive of Covid can access nhsinform website to arrange a test and then self isolate, as appropriate.
It is important that you book a PCR test and do not using a Lateral Flow home testing kit for this purpose.
There is no need to contact the Practice unless you become unwell or have a negative Covid test and need assessment of your illness.
